5-D Value as an approach to managing value was developed by Benjamin Wall. Benjamin lives in the Zurich area of Switzerland, where he has been active in management consulting, e.g. at KPMG, and management education, e.g. in several MBA programmes, for over 25 years.
Benjamin studied social sciences at Yale University and the London School of Economics.
